- Banana (Plantain / NendranPazham) - 1 big
- Sugar - 3 to 5 tbsp
- Melted Ghee - 2 tbsp
- Cardamom Powder - 1/2 to 1 tsp
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Cut banana lengthwise into two.
- Slice the bananas to desired thickness.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the banana pieces to a little more than golden brown on medium flame.
- Transfer to a bowl. When it is still hot, add ghee, cardamom powder and sugar.
- Mix it well with a spoon to combine everything OR close it with a tight lid and shake well to combine.
- Enjoy the delicious banana halwa.
