Aavoli Fry / Pomfret Fry
Ingredients:
- Fish - 4 to 5 small pieces
- Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder - 1 tbsp
- Red Chilly Powder - 1 tsp
- Crushed Red Chilly - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Curry Leaves - 2 to 3 nos
- Vinegar / Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
Method:
- Add all the listed marination items to the mixer jar and grind to a smooth paste adding no/little water.
- Transfer to a bowl and adjust salt.
- Marinate the fish pieces well with the prepared masala and keep aside for atleast half an hour.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the pieces on medium flame.
